What we do with what you enter, and what you can do about it
We never sell or share your lists
Not to a competitor, not to an advertiser, not to anyone, for any price.
Nobody outside evedeck is given your customers, your suppliers, your staff or your takings.
We do not advertise to your customers, and we do not use what is in your account to sell anything to anybody.
We cannot open your business data
There is no screen for it. Your sales and customers are closed to us.
The founder's own login is refused by every module screen in the product, which is a fact about how it is built rather than a promise about how we behave.
The admin screens show which businesses exist, which plan each is on and which modules are switched on. They do not show a single client, supplier, member, employee or rupee.
Where we can see something about your account, looking is written down. The record says who looked, at what, and when.
Nothing on your screen comes from another company
No advertising pixel, no analytics, no tracker. Not one.
No font is fetched from anybody else's machine either.
Two requests leave our machine in the whole product: a map lookup when a business is first set up, and a map picture for a business's own public website. Neither carries a customer list.
Your website counts a visit a day and nothing about the visitor. No cookie, no address, no device.
Take everything out whenever you want
One button, one file, every module. It is your book, not ours.
Your members, your sales, your staff, your suppliers - all of it, in a form you can open in Excel and take anywhere.
Erase it and it is gone
You can remove your business yourself. Nothing is kept back.
Your staff see only what you allow
A salesman can enter the day's sales without being able to export your client list.
Each login is given the modules you tick, and for each one you choose whether they may only add to it or change what is already there.
