What evedeck is

One simple suite for a small or medium business, run from the phone the owner already has. The day's takings, who is due to renew, who owes you money, who came in to work, and a public website for the business - one login, one monthly price.

It is for any business still keeping its records on paper or in Excel. A gym, a garage, a clinic, a coaching centre, a printer, a hardware store. If somebody in the business writes things down every day, this is where they write them.

Why it exists

Most small businesses in India run on a register, a notebook and a memory. The software sold to them is built for a bigger company with an accounts department, and it shows: too many screens, too much to set up, and a price for each part.

evedeck is the other way round. Fewer screens, each one doing the job it is named for, and every module a business has is on one plan rather than sold one at a time.

How it is sold

Face to face. Somebody walks into your business, shows you what it does on a phone, and if you want it, sets it up there and then - your website is live before they leave.

There is no sign-up form and no card to enter. The first 30 days cost nothing, and nobody is charged for anything before then.

What it will never do

Sell or share your lists. Not your customers, not your suppliers, not your staff, not your takings - to anyone, for any price.

Look at your business data. There is no screen for it, which is a fact about how it is built rather than a promise about how we behave.

Lock you in. Everything you enter comes out again in one file, whenever you ask, and you can erase the whole business yourself.
